# RMMCompare > A record of what named RMM and PSA vendors publish about their own pricing, per endpoint or per user per month. Prices are quoted verbatim from the vendor's own page with the date they were read, and a vendor that publishes no figure is recorded as publishing none, separately from a vendor whose page could not be read. ## Key facts - Of 4 vendors checked, the median published entry price is $1.75 (as of 2026-09-10). - Published entry prices range from $1.50 to $6, with the unit each is per recorded beside it. - Only four of the eleven vendors in this record publish a price at all; the rest either publish none or sit behind a block this record could not read, and those two findings are kept apart. - Every figure is quoted verbatim from the vendor's own pricing page and carries the date it was read. ## Key pages - [RMM and PSA pricing record](https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/): Published per-endpoint and per-user prices, quoted from vendors' own pages and dated. - [Endpoint management](https://rmmcompare.com/endpoint-management/): What this category costs and what moves the figure. - [MSP software](https://rmmcompare.com/msp-software/): What this category costs and what moves the figure. - [RMM tools](https://rmmcompare.com/rmm-tools/): What this category costs and what moves the figure. - [Patch management](https://rmmcompare.com/patch-management-tool/): What this category costs and what moves the figure. - [RMM](https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/rmm/): The vendors priced for this category and what each one publishes. - [Patch management](https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/patch-management/): The vendors priced for this category and what each one publishes. - [Endpoint management](https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/endpoint-management/): The vendors priced for this category and what each one publishes. - [IT asset management](https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/it-asset-management/): The vendors priced for this category and what each one publishes. - [Vendor profiles](https://rmmcompare.com/vendors/): One profile per vendor: its published price, or the dated record that it publishes none. - [Quote request](https://rmmcompare.com/quote/): Describe your fleet and get quotes from vendors that sell what you need. ## Data - Download (CSV, vendor pricing index): https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/rmm-psa-pricing-record.csv - Download (CSV, RMM coverage): https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/rmm.csv - Download (CSV, Patch management coverage): https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/patch-management.csv - Download (CSV, Endpoint management coverage): https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/endpoint-management.csv - Download (CSV, IT asset management coverage): https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/it-asset-management.csv - Methodology: Every price here is a figure the named provider published about its own service, fetched from that provider's own page and matched verbatim before publication, with the quote and the date it was read stored beside it. Each figure records what it is PER, because a price per eye, per tooth, per graft, per session and per self-pay package measure different things and a median across them would mean nothing; the ranking figure is therefore declared per procedure and the site-wide figure is labelled as a scale of entry prices rather than a comparable price. Where a provider publishes a range, the opening figure is recorded and the range is quoted, because the opening figure is the one a patient can hold a provider to. A provider that publishes no figure is listed with that fact and the date we checked, never with an estimate, and a provider that publishes somebody else's national range instead of its own fee is recorded as publishing none of its own; a page we could not read is recorded separately again, because not knowing is not the same as there being nothing. Overseas clinics are carried only so that the country questions patients actually search can be answered on published price, and they are never presented as better or worse than a US provider, only as cheaper or dearer on what each one prints. A published figure is not a quotation: the graft count, the tooth count, the implant brand, the surgical grade and who is holding the instrument all change the bill, which is why the next step on every page is asking providers for a written price. Nothing here is a good-faith estimate, which is a duty your provider owes you under the No Surprises Act. - Source: NinjaOne pricing page: https://www.ninjaone.com/pricing/ - Source: SuperOps pricing page: https://superops.com/pricing - Source: Level pricing page: https://level.io/pricing - Source: Splashtop pricing page: https://www.splashtop.com/pricing - Source: Datto RMM product page: https://www.datto.com/products/rmm/ - Source: Pulseway pricing page: https://www.pulseway.com/pricing - Source: ConnectWise RMM pricing page: https://www.connectwise.com/platform/rmm/pricing - Source: Kaseya pricing page: https://www.kaseya.com/pricing/ - Source: Atera pricing page: https://www.atera.com/pricing/ - Source: HaloPSA pricing page: https://halopsa.com/pricing/ - Source: Action1 pricing page: https://www.action1.com/pricing/ ## Citation Cite as: "RMMCompare RMM and PSA Pricing Record", https://rmmcompare.com/pricing/ (updated 2026-09-10). ## About - Operated by Joseph Ellul.
