Why this pricing record exists
RMMCompare is an independent pricing record for the software MSPs and internal IT teams run their fleets on. It is run by Joseph Ellul.
Why this site exists
Every vendor in this market will tell you it is competitively priced and most of them will not tell you what it costs. Of the eleven vendors in this record, four publish a number. That ratio is the most useful thing anyone can tell an MSP before a renewal, and nobody publishes it, so we do: what each vendor prints, what it declines to print, and the date we checked.
Who it is for
MSP owners and technicians, and internal IT leads, pricing or repricing an RMM, a PSA, or the tools beside them.
What it does not do
- We do not score or rank vendors on quality, support or reliability. We hold no data that would make such a ranking honest, so we do not publish one.
- We do not estimate a price for a vendor that publishes none. An absence is recorded as an absence with the date we checked.
- We do not treat a page we could not read as a vendor that publishes nothing. Those are two different findings and they are kept apart.
- We do not publish a review, a score or a testimonial we did not write and cannot stand behind.
What is on this site
4 guides, each with its sources on the page , 16 answers to the questions around them , and the comparison.
- Endpoint management: Endpoint management and RMM have converged to the point where the same product is sold under both names, and the pricing follows: per device, per month, on a curve that falls with volume.
- MSP software: MSP software is a stack rather than a product: an RMM agent, a PSA holding the tickets and the billing, patching, remote access, and usually backup and security beside them.
- RMM tools: Shopping RMM tools is mostly an exercise in finding out what things cost, because the feature lists converge and the prices do not appear.
- Patch management: Patch management is the one capability in this stack that most teams already own without realising, because every RMM in this record patches operating systems as part of the agent.
Where the figures come from
Provider prices verified against each provider's own published page on 2026-09-10 by infra/ingest/hubs/rmmcompare.com/ingest_vendors.py: every quoted figure re-fetched and matched verbatim (hash-pinned); coverage evidenced by the provider's own priced page.
Who answers for it
Joseph Ellul, Editor and operator.
