RMM, on what each vendor publishes to charge
RMM is the agent on every managed machine and the console the technicians live in, and it is priced per endpoint everywhere in this record that prices it at all. Three vendors publish a figure and they land between $1.50 and $2.00 an endpoint a month. Five more sit behind a block we could not read and one, Datto, publishes a full product page with no number on it.

What moves an RMM bill
Volume is the whole curve. NinjaOne publishes both ends of its own, $1.50 at 10,000 endpoints against $3.75 at 50 or fewer, and that two-and-a-half-times spread is the shape of nearly every quote in this market.
The agent is rarely the whole platform. Backup, endpoint security and documentation are separate lines at most of these vendors and are usually why the project exists.
Minimums matter more than rates at small counts. SuperOps prices from 100 endpoints; Level gives the first ten devices free and then charges its flat rate on the whole count.
Term discounts end. The number to compare is year two, and it is almost never the number on the page.
