Level pricing, quoted from its own pricing page

Level publishes the simplest pricing structure in this record and the only one with no volume curve at all: paid pricing is $2 per device per month for every device on the account. The first ten devices are free, and the step is published as plainly as the rate, with ten devices free, eleven devices $22 a month and fifty devices $100 a month. That last figure is the important one, because it confirms the flat rate applies to the whole count once you pass ten rather than only to the devices above it.
