There is no honest ranking of best MSP software, and this page does not pretend to be one. What there is, and what almost nobody publishes, is a ranking of which vendors will tell you what they charge before you sit through a demo. Four of the eleven in this record do. That ratio is the single most useful thing to know going into a renewal, and the ordering below is by published entry price and by nothing else.

- SuperOps: Ranked on published entry price alone. Its calculator prices its 100-endpoint minimum at $1.50 an endpoint, $150 a month, and it is the only published figure here covering a PSA alongside the RMM.
- NinjaOne: Ranked on published entry price alone. From $1.50 an endpoint a month at 10,000 endpoints, rising to $3.75 at 50 or fewer, varying by region and products purchased: the only vendor here publishing both ends of its curve.
- Level: Ranked on published entry price alone. A flat $2 per device per month across the whole account with the first ten free and no minimum, which makes it the cheapest of the three below roughly 75 devices despite the highest headline rate.
What the four that publish have in common
They sell to buyers who will walk if there is no number on the page. SuperOps, NinjaOne and Level are all reachable by a small MSP without a procurement process, and Splashtop, the fourth, publishes a per-user remote access ladder from $6 a month billed annually at $72. None of them is the biggest vendor in this market, and that is the pattern rather than a coincidence: publishing a price is a choice made by vendors competing on transparency against incumbents who do not have to. It follows that the published band, $1.50 to $2.00 an endpoint at entry conditions, is not the market average. It is what the transparent end charges, and it is exactly the right number to hold an unpriced quote up against.
And what the seven that do not have in common
Datto publishes a full RMM product page with no price at any plan level, which we record as not-published after reading it. ConnectWise, Kaseya, Atera, HaloPSA and Action1 answer a Cloudflare block to every reader available to this site, so what they publish is unknown to this record rather than absent from their sites. Pulseway renders its figures by script, so its page loads with no number in the document served. Three different findings, kept apart deliberately: a vendor that has decided not to publish has told you something about how it sells, a page that blocked us has told us nothing at all, and a rendering choice is not a fact about a vendor's prices. Collapsing them would make this page tidier and less true.
How to use a ranking that covers a third of the market
Not as a shortlist. Use it as a calibration: take the published band into the conversations with the vendors that would not print a number, and ask each of them to quote one per-endpoint figure for the whole configuration you would actually deploy, at the endpoint count you expect at renewal. A materially higher ask is a question about what is included rather than a disqualification, and it is a question the unpriced vendors are well able to answer once they have to. Then decide on the things no ranking reaches: how the agent behaves on a bad connection, how many clicks a routine job takes, and whether your technicians will live in it all day. Two weeks against real machines settles those, and the free tiers exist so you can run that test before signing anything.
