RMMCompare is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you ask for quotes we collect what you are shopping for, roughly where your endpoints are, your endpoint count band, whatever you write in the notes, and the contact details you give us.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass what you send to vendors who sell what you named, so they can quote. We do not sell your details and we do not publish them.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@rmmcompare.com. We respond within one month.
