Remote support, on what each vendor publishes to charge
Remote support and remote access are priced per user rather than per endpoint, which makes them the one category on this site that compares cleanly against a technician headcount. Splashtop publishes a full plan ladder; Pulseway's figures are rendered by script and could not be matched, so no number is recorded for it.

What moves a remote support bill
Seats are concurrent or named, and the difference is large for a team that works in shifts. Ask which one a quote assumes.
Unattended access and attended support are frequently different products at different prices, and most MSPs need both.
Endpoint caps sit underneath per-user pricing at several vendors, so a cheap seat can carry a limit on how many machines it may reach.
If your RMM already includes remote access, a separate tool is buying speed, reliability or a feature. Establish which before paying twice.
